Our Members
Randy Newman
Randy is one of the founders of National Foreclosure Service. Since 1982, he has been involved in real estate when he began work as a paralegal. Licensed as an attorney in New York since 1989, Randy has represented hundreds of buyers, sellers, owners, and lenders in connection with the sale, purchase, finance, lease, and foreclosure of residential and commercial real property throughout the United States.
Randy holds a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is currently licensed as a real estate broker in California and has been certified by the United Trustee's Association as a Trustee Sale Officer. At the UTA 2005 30th Annual Conference, Randy was recognized as only the second person to achieve a perfect score on the certification examination.
Randy has previously been an adjunct assistant professor of business law and currently teaches Real Estate Principles to aspiring new real estate licensees. A regular lecturer at The Learning Annex (in both San Diego and Los Angeles) since 2002, each year Randy teaches hundreds of students how to not lose their shirts when buying foreclosures.
Thabit Jubran
Since 2000, Thabit has been involved in various aspects of the real estate and mortgage fields. As the general manager for a San Diego based lender, Thabit oversees a loan portfolio in excess of 35 million dollars, and is responsible for the servicing of more than 15 million dollars in residential and commercial loans. Thabit also oversees the management of more than 30 residential and 5 commercial rental properties throughout California.
Through his multitude of responsibilities, Thabit has gained unique insight into the valuation and inspection of properties in the California marketplace and brings to our clients a unique perspective on foreclosure of properties through the non-judicial process.
